Max Revere joins Lincoln Printing
Max Revere has joined Lincoln Printing as a participant in the Consolidated Graphics (CGX) Leadership Development Program, which trains young professionals in all aspects of the commercial-printing business.
In May, Max graduated from Ball State University with a bachelor's degree in graphic arts management and a minor in business administration. He's also a member of the Technical Association of the Graphic Arts.
"As a participant in CGX's Leadership Development Program here at Lincoln, I'm gaining hands-on experience in all departments," Max says. "It's a great opportunity to see how everything flows from concept to finished product and on to the other services we provide."
At Warsaw High School, Max advanced to the Indiana High School Athletic Association state swim meet four years in a row. The 50-yard freestyle was his best event.
Lincoln Printing is a member of CGX's nationwide network of printing firms. With its Leadership Development Program, CGX strives to develop its own executive leadership within the network. Program participants are trained in three major areas- production, business fundamentals, and leadership.
"CGX's Leadership Development Program provides an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates to learn the ropes in our ever-changing business," says Billy Bradberry, president of Lincoln Printing, who himself received training in the CGX Leadership Development Program.
"At the same time, we benefit from having a nucleus of well-trained, knowledgeable young professionals to choose from when managerial positions open up," Billy adds. "In addition to teaching them about the business, we help them hone their leadership skills."
